SERPENTINE MOVEMENT FOR BEGINNERS with KELLY - TUESDAYS 6:00PM-7:30PM

Duration: 4 weeks, 1.5 hours/week

PLEASE NOTE: The our Summer session classes will take place ONLINE in a web-conference format. We will send “room” links to those who register. This also opens our offerings to students across the globe! Thank you for your patience as we make this transition in an effort to continue providing you with the joy of dance.

Bellydance technique for strong, relaxed and sinuous movement while improving core stability, posture, flexibility and gaining body confidence. Release, loosen joints and get your circulation flowing with gentle movement breakdowns. This class is for new dancers or for those who are simply interested in gentle movement.
