You’ll enhance your strength, muscle tone & cardio level while grooving along to fun, upbeat tunes. Whether you’re just getting back into fitness or are looking for a class that’s all-inclusive this class is just for you. Perfect for plus/curvy ladies & students with some physical or health limitations.
Suitable for beginners, no dance experience required. This is not a performance class.
