1st Class: Upper Body Blast: Upper body isolations seem like an easy and secondary part of the dance, but in truth it is challenging to make them look effortless. This class will give you some exercises to wake up your core muscles, and we will learn some unique upper body layers that will add that little something to your dance including alternating undulations, circles, squares and more.
2nd Class: Booty! (Part 1): Need we say more?? Come work that booty to get your best shimmies and lower body isolations. This class will focus on glute and hamstring development, along with some super fun hipwork drills to get your booty shaking.
3rd Class: Booty Booty! (Part 2): We'll continue to strengthen those booty and leg muscles and then work on super fun hipwork via improvisation and combinations. This class will give you a bunch of new movement combinations and new ideas to put in your own personal dance.
