BALLET BARRE BURN with HOLLY - SATURDAYS 3:30PM-4:30PM

Time: 3:30PM-4:30PM (on April 27 - class will be 2:15pm - 3:15pm)
Duration: 10 weeks
This class combines elements of dance, Pilates, functional training and yoga to sculpt and stretch your entire body, no barre required. Classes will target the core, glutes (booty), legs, and arms. Body weight and small equipment such as Bender balls, mini bands, small weights and gliders will be used to strengthen and tone the muscles, correct posture, and improve balance. The equipment may be small but the payoff will be huge!
Equipment will be provided.
No previous experience is required.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Be prepared to have fun!
